Dear Valued Wholesale Partners,

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Alliance4Safety and some participating furniture companies announced a voluntary recall of certain plastic furniture tip restraint kits manufactured by New Age Industries. This recall includes clothing storage units acquired from Top-Line Furniture Corp. since November 2019, which may have been equipped with the affected plastic tip restraint kit.

The identified issue stems from the plastic zip tie within the recalled tip restraint kit, which has the potential to become brittle or break. This, in turn, poses a serious tip-over and entrapment hazard, especially during a tip-over event, putting children at risk of serious injury or even death.

We urge you to inspect your inventory of Top-Line Furniture Corp. units purchased since November 2019 to identify whether they are equipped with the recalled plastic tip restraint kit. These kits may be found inside the top drawer or stapled to the back of the unit, enclosed in a white plastic package with black lettering, and bearing the label "Manufactured by New Age Industries" on the bottom.

If any of the recalled tip restraint kits are identified during the inspection, kindly remove them and replace them with a new kit before delivering the product to customers. Please complete this online form provided for those needing replacement tip restraint kits.

We request your ongoing cooperation in inspecting units before customer delivery, extending this process until at least May 1, 2024. Continue replacing any identified recalled New Age Industries tip kits during this period.
